Booking for a school, park or public agency?
Happy Hippo LLC is a Maryland Certified Small Business and registered vendor with the State of Maryland through eMMA. We’re an approved vendor with:
- State of Maryland (eMMA)
- Prince George’s County Public Schools (PGCPS)
- Prince George’s County Government
- Howard County Public School System

Questions we hear a lot
Do I have to wait for a quote?
No. Our booking form shows your full price, with travel and add-ons included, before you submit. We review every booking to confirm your date, and once it’s confirmed your price is locked. No surprise fees.
How quickly can you serve a whole grade?
Tell us your headcount and time window when you book and we’ll plan the setup and staffing for it.
Can you serve indoors if it rains?
Yes. Our Shaved Ice Kiosk is designed for indoor spaces like cafeterias and gyms.
Do you have allergy and nutrition information?
Yes. Sugar-free flavors are available, and our Nutrition & Allergens page lists ingredients for every treat.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. Choose the school event type when you book and let us know you’ll be paying by purchase order.
When should we book spring field day?
January to March. April through June dates go fast.
